This SCRAPBOOK will document some of the projects with which our council
becomes involved.Unfortunately, we are restricted to the amount of space
we have on this server, and photos use a lot of space. So, there will
be a limit on the amount of time a project will be displayed, and the number
of pictures that can be shown.
